Mykael Goodman

A little about me, Mykael Goodman. I’ve read the Counter Earth series of books from a very young age, and with a great story to make that very clear. I was 13 and with my parents at a bookstore when I first saw my first Gorean novel. It had the Boris Valejo artwork on it, which quickly helped identify that it wasn’t going to be a book that my parents would buy, nor would the store clerks let me buy. I later came back to the store on my own, and managed to walk out with it. Mind you, it was discounted with a 5-finger discount, but it was mine. I read it, I loved it, I loved the very idea of it. Later in the same month time frame I went back and got the second book, Outlaw of Gor, and smuggled it out as well, and I read it as well. It wasn’t the kind of Sci-Fi novel I was expecting it to be, but the idealism of it all was interesting, different, but at the same time had a very strong position of idealism to it. The honor behind the men of it, structure of things, The honesty of the people, generally described anyway, and the value of life, and natural order. These majorly appealed to me, so much that several years later, after I was on my own working, I went back to that same book store and I paid the clerks for the books that were stolen, while buying another few. The clerks were surprised by it, and even the store manager came to notice, and I told them this very same story, and that I felt it was my honor to come back and pay for what I took even when I was a child.

So, that was roughly 34 years now, and still to this day, I’m openly honest and direct with most things, and I honor the values of my honest with those I own, and my house, and everyone I associate with.

I no longer really do Second Life Gor, but I retain the gorean-minded idealisms that I appreciated most from Gor. What I have been doing, however, is enjoying my life more without the toxic becomings that Gor seems to always become in online communities. Enjoying my time in places like Xaara, Lunar Grove, and Wicked Elegance, great places I highly recommend everyone check out if you’re serious about finding good people, good friends, and good possible partners for your special kind of kinks.
